Sound artist Stéphane Garin has created field recordings across the town of Pau (Southwest of France): squares, shopping streets, banks of the Gave river and its nooks.
Those field recordings have later been treated/modified by Myriam Pruvot, Rainier Lericolais, Thomas Meadowcroft and Stephan Mathieu.
Final step of the creative process: with all the gathered material, Stéphane Garin has then composed 10 original pieces offering a sensitive and contemporary look on the town and its natural landscape.
